The challenges we face in our consulting projects are as individual and varied as our clients themselves. Standard solutions are of little use in these circumstances, but the development of tailor-made concepts requires time, experience and expertise. Therefore, we concentrate on selected industries which show parallels in their markets and business models. First and foremost, we are strategic consultants specialised in the central challenges and future-related issues of the culture industry, public institutions and the sporting industry.

METRUM Managementberatung GmbH was founded in Munich in 1999 by Peter Gartiser and Nicolaus Steenken. It is led by managing partners Peter Gartiser and Nicolaus Steenken, with support from consultants. All METRUM consultants contribute wide-ranging knowledge and experience in advising decision-makers.
